The XEPOS application has a number of settings that control how the application functions.
To get to the settings menu:
- Navigate to the “Admin” section and log in.
- Select the “Administrator” menu in the top left.
- Select the “General Settings” tab at the top of the screen.
- When you are done editing settings and wish to confirm the changes, select the “SAVE” button in the top right of the window.
There are a number of tabs in the general settings menu.

- Here company information can be entered and edited.
- Logo / Webpage
- Here a logo or a webpage can be assigned to the application
- SMTP Configuration for sending Reports
- Here configuration for automatic emailing of reports from the application can be set up.

- Receipt Header & Footer
- Here the receipt header can be viewed and the receipt footer can be modified. The receipt header is automatically generated from stored company information, and the receipt footer is entirely customisable.

- Here the light and dark visual styles can be toggled between.
- Customer Information
- This setting controls whether or not customer information must be filled out when a new customer account is created.

- These settings allow the selection and configuration of the connected printer and cash drawer.
- Scale & Scanner Device
- These settings allow the selection and configuration of the connected Scale & Scanner Device.
