Reports can be used to view, save and print out information about your sales, inventory, customers etc.
- Navigate to the “Admin” section and log in.
- Select the “Reports” menu in the upper left.
- Click on the arrow to expand or collapse a report category, and double click on a report to open it.
- Descriptions of each of the reports is as follows:
- Customer
- Detail Report – A detailed report on a specific customer. Search for a customer using either the customer ID, first name, last name or company, toggling between these using the ‘Search Text’ dropdown menu. Once you have found the customer, select them from the list and click “preview” to view, save or print the report.
- General Report – A cursory report on a selection of customer accounts. You can filter customer ID, customer name, zip code, company, groups or classes or any combination of these, and unchecking all the filters will display all customers on record.
- Sales by Product Report – A report on the items customers have purchased in a given period of time, which you can select in the top right. The results can be filtered by department, category, and products, and you can also select a specific customer from the list. By selecting ‘Check all’ will allow you to view all customer purchases. When you have entered the filters, press ‘Generate Data’, and then ‘Preview’ to view the report.
- Other Report (Sales, Special Events etc.):
- Total Purchases – Displays the total amount of revenue from each customer, as well as the date of their last purchase over a given period of time.
- Last Visit – Displays the date of the last purchase of each customer over a given period of time.

- Visit – Displays the number of separate purchases by each customer in a given span of time.
- Points – Displays the number of points earned by each customer in a given span of time.
- Parameters – Displays the data stored in each customer’s custom CRM parameters
- Vendor
- Detail Report – A detailed report on a vendor. Search for a vendor using their ID, company name, contact or address, which can be toggled between using the ‘Search Criteria’ dropdown menu.
- General Report – A cursory report on your company’s vendors. The search fields can be used to filter for vendors, and leaving the search fields blank will output all vendors.
- Product & Inventory
- Detail Report – A detailed report on a single item, displaying a comprehensive summary of that item’s information. Search for a product either using its SKU or its description, which can be toggled between using the ‘Search Criteria’ dropdown menu.
- General Report – A cursory report on items, displaying the type, primary vendor, department, category, quantity, unit cost, retail value, extended cost, extended retail value and profit margin of select items. Items can be selected by department, vendor, category or any combination of the three. If you uncheck all criteria the report will include every item in the system.

- Product Tax, Price Report – A list of items, their prices, tax and whether they are food stamp eligible, divided into departments. You can filter by departments using the checkboxes before pressing ‘Preview’.
- Product Family Report – A list of items, their prices, tax and whether they are food stamp eligible, divided into product families. You can filter by families using the checkboxes before pressing ‘Preview’.
- Stock Journal Report – A report on inventory changes over a given period of time. The dropdown list can be used to select between the report showing stock in, stock out, or both.
- Inventory Aging Report – A report on items in inventory that have been in the inventory for longer than a given timespan, or since before a given date.
- Stock Valuation Report – A report on the total value of the inventory, showing also the total value of the stock of each individual product.

- Sales by Period – A report that shows cost, revenue, profit and margin of sales over a given period of time, split into given sub-periods of time.
- Sales Summary Report – A summary report on sales over a given period of time.
- Dashboard – Sales – A visual report on sales over a given period of time, featuring a number of graphs that display information on sales data.
- Gift Cert. Balance Report – A list of gift certificate balances. By default this will output the balance of all gift certificates issued, but you can filter for balances above or below a given value using the ‘Balance Criteria’ dropdown menu.

- Closeout Report – Allows you to review a comprehensive report of a previous closeout, or a preliminary closeout report of the current session.

- House Account Statement –
- House Account Report (Summary) – A summary report on all customer accounts that have a balance. Displays their ID, name, email, the date and amount of their last purchase and their current balance. Also displays the total balance of all customer accounts.
- Store Credit Report – A report on all customer accounts that have credit. Displays their account details and their current credit. Also displays the total credit of all customer accounts.
