Unfortunate as it is, once in a while, orders need to be cancelled. This could be either because the customer has decided to cancel or you yourself have cancelled the order. At times you may need to cancel because you are too busy, you suspect the order is fake, or the address is too far for delivery. Either way this guide will demonstrate how you can successfully cancel the order at hand
To cancel an order, simply:
- Navigate to the “Ordering” section and log in.
- Put through an order as you normally would.
- When you come to the decision that an order should be voided, simply press “Void” located between “Separate” and “Split.”
- This will remove the items from the basket and delete the order at hand.
