What do I need to get started with an XEPOS system?
Getting started with XEPOS couldn’t be easier. All of our packages are fit to be used straight out of the gate, with optional extras available at any time.
As standard, our package includes a 15” AIO system, an integrated customer display, an 80mm receipt printer, a 24v steel cash drawer and a hand-held barcode scanner (retail).
All of these are essential for operating a business at a basic level, however we offer so much more than that. From network printers for restaurants, to weighing scales for retail and produce, we offer everything you need to make your business your own.
What’s the difference between your complete systems and your tablet systems?
We offer a large variety of different packages, from different size screens, to unique packages for specific business types, and it’s no different with our tablet packages. Our portable tablet systems are quick and efficient, and provide a similar level of service to our main systems.
Our portable tablets are ideal for a quick-moving, mobile business. Our tablet systems are also equipped with a detachable table stand, so you can choose how you want to serve your customers, and change at a moment’s notice.
Can I use my current hardware with XEPOS software?
Of course! Our software is the perfect companion for any till system. As long as your till system is Windows based, we can easily install any of our softwares onto your system.
This being said, while our software does work perfectly on almost every system, we do only support a specific variety of external hardware, such as printers, cash drawers and hand scanners.

How long does it take for me to get my system?

If you have decided to pay monthly, all we need to have to send your system is the contract you received when first purchasing. Once we have received the completed contract from yourself, we will have your system to your door and set up in your business within 5 working days.
