How XEPOS Helped Us Overcome a Major Challenge
One of the major challenges we faced was managing high transaction volumes across multiple campuses, especially in our dining halls and retail outlets during peak hours. This often led to long wait times and a less-than-ideal experience for students and staff.
XEPOS helped us overcome this by introducing the student app, which allows students to order food directly through the app. Students create personalized accounts using their student ID, which makes managing orders and payments easier. The app enables students to place their food orders, pay directly or with their meal vouchers, and top-up their accounts as needed, all from their phones.
Additionally, the app integrates allergen information for each menu item, ensuring that students can make informed and safe choices when ordering, especially those with dietary restrictions.
