The main feature of the software I find most helpful is the interface of the software. It looks so fresh and appealing to the eye, yet so easy and simple to use.
When I first received the system, it was so easy to train the staff on and they got to grips with it straight away. This has been a great help to the business as my staff are able to put orders through very quickly. Even on the busiest hours the team can quickly punch through the orders and move onto the next order. We have many changes in our menu as we adjust the menu to our different seasonal dishes. I am able to switch the menu and change dishes, prices, etc. without any help thanks to the simplicity of the design of the software.
Having the kitchen printer has also made our life so much easier. When placing orders through, our team are able to send all food orders straight to the kitchen (which is located on the other side of the restaurant) with one click of a button. I am also able to separate timings for each course to be prepared, for example, the customer can order their starters, mains and desert all at the same time and we can bring out each course according to the time they prefer.
